Mortgage Advisor in Reading

Reading is one of the largest towns in England and a highly desirable place to live, home to a huge variety of attractions, and just 25 minutes from London by train. With competition high for properties at every level of the market, it’ll be vital for you to get a deal that makes the most of your money and helps you to obtain the home you really want.

Reading has evolved into one of the most dynamic towns in the country, with a continually growing technology sector, comprehensive road and rail connections, respected university and a large town centre populated with a host of popular shops, bars and restaurants. This is balanced by large, attractive parks, historic ruins, beautiful riverside walks and the rolling countryside just a short drive out of town, populated by a tapestry of picturesque villages. With employment and travel opportunities aplenty, and a wide variety of housing from the modest to the luxurious, the town is a destination for people from every walk of life.

With such a busy property market, it’s vital to get mortgage advice that focuses on your needs, aims and goals when it comes to your home and your lifestyle. A small reduction in an interest rate can save you hundreds of pounds a year, and our brokers are often able to get improvements on deals on an exclusive basis, thanks to our great relationships with lenders across the board. As unlimited brokers, not tied to any particular lender or swayed by incentives, our priority is to understand exactly what you need and get you the most favourable deal, wherever it is in the market.
