When seeking guidance on personal finances, such as suitable mortgage alternatives, it is becoming increasingly impossible to speak with a human being.

For several years, banks and building societies have been disappearing from high streets. When asked, banks have stated that the closures have been driven by the shift in banking behaviours, with more people utilising online and mobile banking.

This, in turn, has led to a significant decline in the number of people going into branches. However, moving forward, it is not practical to expect all banking and financial services to be conducted online.

Instead of recognising that some individuals would struggle with the expense of living and wish to ensure that they manage their income and expenditures efficiently with the finest guidance, the service sector is failing to meet these issues.

When dealing with certain sectors of the real estate industry, such as self-employed individuals or those with possible credit concerns, as well as when preparing a Buy-to-Let venture, access to professionals is crucial.

At The Mortgage Centres, we hold ourselves to the best customer service standards. When you contact us, a real person will assist you or divert your call to the most qualified individual with whom you can discuss your priorities in confidence. Our advisers will walk you through the best mortgage options for achieving your immediate and long-term goals.
