Mortgage Advisor in Birmingham

If you’re looking for expert, impartial mortgage advice in Birmingham, you’ll be pleased to meet our advisors. Offering unbiased advice on the right product for your circumstances and access to mortgages from across the full range of the UK market, often at exclusive rates. With the potential to save you thousands over the lifetime of your mortgage – as well as a huge amount of time and stress on research yourself – a broker is your best bet for a better deal.

A thriving powerhouse for commerce, culture and communities for hundreds of years, Birmingham comes with a wide and varied housing stock. Here, you’ll find everything from Victorian terraces to luxury apartments, genteel suburban homes, contemporary new-build developments and everything in between. With such a diverse population and a huge variety of mortgage needs, an unlimited broker such as ourselves will be best-placed to help you in your quest for a home loan.

Our personalised approach has been the key to success with all types of applicants. However, while we’re happy to meet in our Birmingham office, you don’t have to see a mortgage broker face to face. Our experienced advisors are able to go over all your details by phone or video call, make searches and assessments online and give you personalised recommendations then and there or by email. It couldn’t be simpler – the rest will be up to you.

Getting a mortgage in Birmingham

Whatever your circumstances, we know there is a mortgage deal out there perfect to suit your needs. You’ll be able to take full advantage of our advisors’ experience working with everyone from first-time buyers to landlords and existing home-owners planning to move house or remortgage. If you’re wondering about changes to the Right to Buy scheme, or how your chances of a mortgage might be affected by adverse credit, then don’t hesitate to ask.

As we’re not tied to specific lenders or portfolios, we’re able to help you where the mainstream providers cannot. The benefit of using an unlimited broker means you can select from mortgages available on the high street and from specialist lenders that you won’t be able to access yourself. We’ll make sure you understand all your options and guide you through the entire process, helping you with the application as well as instructing solicitors and getting valuations done.
