Mortgage Advisor in Newcastle

Taking on a mortgage to buy a home, whether for the first time, because you’re moving house or investing in somewhere new, is one of the biggest commitments you can make in your lifetime. So, you’re going to want to make sure you can get the most favourable deal possible – either from a mainstream lender or one of the specialist lenders who don’t advertise to the public. You’ll be looking for an unlimited mortgage broker in Newcastle to help you do that.

Newcastle has a proud heritage as a port, a centre of trade and a seat of culture. A transportational hub for travel by sea, river, road, rail and air in the region, the city has been a focus of activity of all kinds for decades. Its housing stock covers every type and style – from grand and modest vintage homes to modern developments and luxury apartments. Whatever, your aims for your home, you’ll need a mortgage that will give you the most value for your money.

Our advisors at The Mortgage Centres take the time to understand your ambitions, work out what products might work best for you and make recommendations that are completely personalised to your needs. And you’ll be happy to know our mortgage brokers can often obtain better deals, through negotiation or searches, to make buying your Newcastle home that little bit more affordable.

Getting a Mortgage in Newcastle

While mortgage brokers do charge a fee (because we don’t take commissions or benefits from lenders), you are still likely to find it is cheaper to use a mortgage broker than not. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or Right to Buy, a landlord looking at their next Buy To Let investment or a home-owner looking to switch, we know there is a mortgage out there to meet your needs – either in the mainstream market or from one of the many specialist lenders – and at a deal better than you would be able to find yourself.

Our expert brokers possess a great wealth of knowledge of the UK mortgage market and the different criteria that the wide variety of lenders impose on borrowers. The benefits of using a mortgage adviser include: giving you choices from across the whole market, helping you with assessments and application procedures and guiding you through every step of the way towards success. Not only will you save a huge amount of time and stress, but you’ll also be better off.
